Create in Sound: An Equinox Immersion

At the turning of the season and the beginning of the spiritual new year, we come together to cultivate the dreams, ideas, and intentions we want to carry forward.

We invite you to take some time before arriving in the space to reflect on what your dreams and ambitions are over the next year. This is a gentle evening designed to help you slow down and get clear on the intentions you are anchoring in. We’ll begin with guided journaling and meditation, creating space to reflect and settle into the body.

From here, we allow those reflections to move and shift. Through sound and creative expression, we alchemise what’s been written, felt, and sensed into something tangible. The resonant tones of the bowls will continue to hold the space as we move into intuitive painting, a process that’s less about making something “good” and more about letting something honest take shape.

You’ll be gently supported to explore colour, movement, and mark-making in your own way, guided by what you’re calling in for the year ahead. What emerges becomes a physical reminder of this moment, a piece that holds the energy of intention, growth, and becoming.

No art experience is needed, and all materials are provided. This is a space to explore, to listen, and to mark a moment of transition held in sound, creativity, and intention.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to make yourself comfortable during the meditation and sound journey.
